I got this for my 6-year-old and she thought the “magic reveal” was really cool. The process is simple and fun, especially the moment when the shapes appear. I do wish it came with more paper sheets because we went through them pretty quickly.
My son enjoyed the animal stencils and spent a good chunk of the afternoon making different scenes. It’s a creative idea and definitely different from other craft kits we’ve tried. Setup was easy, which I appreciated.
This kit kept my daughter engaged longer than most activities we’ve tried lately. She loved decorating after the silhouettes appeared. It’s a nice mix of creativity and a little science.
The concept is awesome and it works, but I expected the colors to be a bit more vibrant after finishing. Still, my kids had fun and that’s what matters most.
I bought this for a playdate and all the kids were really into it. It was nice to see them excited about something that didn’t involve screens. Cleanup was super easy too.
My 8-year-old thought this was one of the coolest things he’s done in a while. Watching the image appear felt like a mini science experiment. Definitely worth it for curious kids.
My daughter loved the animal shapes and the googly eyes were a big hit. It’s simple but really engaging. We ended up displaying her finished art on the fridge.
It’s a fun idea, but my 5-year-old needed quite a bit of help, especially with placing the stencils and handling the water step. Probably better for slightly older kids.
I really like that it combines art and science in a hands-on way. My son didn’t even realize he was learning something. He just thought it was fun.
The kit is enjoyable, but I do feel like it’s a little overpriced for what you get. The materials are nice, just not a ton of them.
My niece absolutely loved this. She kept saying it felt like magic when the shapes showed up. It’s a great gift option for creative kids.
The instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made it stress-free. My daughter was able to do most of it on her own.
I appreciated that this wasn’t messy like paint kits. My kids could do everything at the dining table without making a huge mess. Big win for me.
It worked better in direct sunlight than near a window in our case. Once we figured that out, the results looked great. Just something to keep in mind.
My kids enjoyed it, but they lost interest a bit after a couple of uses. I think having more paper or new stencil designs would help keep it fresh.
This was such a fun weekend activity for my daughter. She loved experimenting with different layouts and colors. It really brought out her creativity.
The idea is unique, but the waiting time felt a little long for my younger kid. He got impatient during that part, even though he liked the end result.
I like that it encourages independent play. My 9-year-old was able to follow the steps and create something she was proud of.
The stencils are sturdy and easy to reuse, which is great. My son has already asked to do it again multiple times.
Overall it’s a fun kit, but I wish the markers were a bit higher quality. They worked fine, just not as bold as we expected. Still a nice activity though.
