I bought this for my 6-year-old daughter and she was instantly drawn to the unicorn designs. The sand colors are bright and satisfying to use, and I was pleasantly surprised by how little mess there was. She proudly showed everyone her finished pictures and asked if we could frame them.
This was a great rainy-day activity for my 7-year-old. He stayed focused longer than he usually does with crafts, which was a win for us. The tray really helps keep the sand under control, and cleanup didn’t feel stressful at all.
My daughter is 5 and absolutely loves princesses, so this was right up her alley. She needed some help peeling the smaller sticker sections, but once she got going, she was so proud of herself. It felt like a nice mix of guided and creative play.
Overall, a really fun craft, but I do wish there were more picture boards included. My 8-year-old finished all four in one weekend and wanted more. The quality is great, just wish it lasted a bit longer.
I bought this for my niece when she came to visit, and it kept her entertained for over an hour. The instructions were clear enough that she didn’t need much help. It was nice to see her slow down and really focus on something creative.
The unicorn and princess scenes are adorable, and my daughter loved choosing which colors to use. I appreciated that the sand tray actually worked as advertised. No vacuum needed afterward, which is rare for art projects.
My 9-year-old enjoyed the activity, but she ran out of one sand color before finishing all the stickers. It wasn’t a deal breaker, but something to keep in mind. She still loved the final results and proudly displayed them in her room.
This kit was a big hit at our playdate. Two girls worked side by side and didn’t fight over supplies, which never happens. The process is calming and keeps kids engaged without overstimulation.
I really liked how independent this activity made my 7-year-old feel. She followed the steps on her own and didn’t get frustrated. It’s a great confidence booster for kids who like detailed crafts.
I bought this as a gift and ended up opening it with my daughter right away. The sand art is fun, but some of the sticker sections are pretty small. I think it’s better suited for kids closer to 6 or older.
The colors are vibrant and the designs feel magical. My daughter loved using the rainbow pen to reuse the sand. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into making this kid-friendly.
My 5-year-old enjoyed this, but she lost interest once the boards were finished. It’s a fun experience, just more of a one-time activity in our house. Still worth it for the enjoyment she got out of it.
I was skeptical about a sand-based craft, but this was surprisingly clean. My daughter worked on it at the kitchen table with no issues. I’d definitely consider buying another theme.
This was nice for some quiet bonding time with my 6-year-old, and we enjoyed working through each section together. It was relaxing, but overall it felt a bit simple and didn’t hold our attention for very long.
The kit is well made and easy to transport. We brought it on a weekend trip and it kept my daughter busy during downtime. Everything packed back up nicely afterward.
My daughter loved the finished artwork, but she did get a little impatient waiting to complete each section. She’s 4, so I think older kids might enjoy it more. Still a cute and creative activity.
This is one of the better craft kits we’ve tried. The instructions are straightforward and the materials feel high quality. My 8-year-old took her time and really enjoyed the process.
The princess designs are really sweet without being over-the-top. My daughter liked experimenting with different color combinations. It’s a nice way to encourage creativity without overwhelming choices.
I liked the idea, and my granddaughter had fun, but she needed help with some of the steps. It’s not completely hands-off for younger kids. Still, it made for a nice shared activity.
My 5-year-old enjoyed this, but she lost interest once the boards were finished. It’s a fun experience, just more of a one-time activity in our house. Still worth it for the enjoyment she got out of it.
