Bought this for my 5-year-old space lover and it was an instant hit. He sat at the table quietly working through one picture at a time and was so proud of the finished pages. I really like that there’s no glue or mess, and the stickers are easy enough for small fingers. Perfect for after school or travel days.
This kept my 4-year-old entertained on a long road trip, which was a relief. The space designs are colorful and fun, and the stickers peel off easily without tearing. She needed a little help at first, but could do most of it on her own. It’s enjoyable, though fairly simple, and may not hold attention for very long.
My son is 6 and very into planets right now, so this was a great fit. The pictures are clear and satisfying to complete, and there are plenty of stickers included. I appreciate that it encourages focus and fine motor skills without feeling like “learning.”
I like the concept and my 3-year-old enjoyed sticking the dots, but he lost interest a bit faster than I expected. The activity feels better suited for ages 4–6 in my opinion. Still nice for short bursts of quiet play.
Such a simple but clever activity. My daughter worked on this during quiet time and it actually held her attention longer than most crafts. No mess, no setup, no cleanup — that alone makes it worth it for me.
We brought this on a plane for our 7-year-old and it worked really well. Everything stayed contained and she didn’t need help once she got started. The space theme is cute without being overwhelming.
My twins are 5 and enjoyed working on the pages together. They liked choosing their own sticker colors and comparing finished pictures. I wish there were a couple more canvases, but overall it’s a solid activity.
This is a great independent play option. My son usually bounces between activities, but he actually finished all the space pictures over a couple of days. He loved showing everyone his “galaxy art.”
I bought this as a gift and ended up ordering one for my own child after seeing how engaged the kids were. It’s creative without being complicated, which is perfect for this age group.
My 4-year-old enjoyed the stickers, but some of them were smaller than she expected and she needed help peeling a few. Once we got going, she had fun, but it wasn’t totally hands-off for us.
This has become our go-to restaurant activity. It keeps my son busy without screens and doesn’t make a mess on the table. The space pictures are bright and exciting for kids who love rockets and planets.
I appreciate how sturdy the pages are. My child can be rough with crafts, but these held up well. The finished pictures actually look nice enough to hang up.
My nephew is 6 and really enjoyed this, especially the spaceship page. He liked following the pattern but also adding his own color choices. A nice balance of structure and creativity.
It’s a fun and well-made activity, but my 7-year-old finished it quickly. I wish there were more challenging designs for older kids. Still, it’s good value for younger children.
This helped my preschooler practice patience and focus in a way that felt like play. She was excited to complete each picture and didn’t feel frustrated. Huge win for us.
I bought this for a rainy afternoon and it definitely did the job. My son stayed busy and calm, and I got some quiet time. I’ll happily buy more Skillmatics kits.
My child enjoyed the activity, but I noticed once the stickers were gone, that was it. It’s not very reusable, which is my only downside. Otherwise, it’s well designed and engaging.
The stickers are colorful and easy to use, and the space theme is fun without being too busy. My daughter asked to bring it along on our next trip, which says a lot.
This was perfect for my 5-year-old who loves crafts but hates messy ones. No paint, no glue, no stress. Just peel and stick.
Overall a nice activity, though my child wished there were more “sparkly” or special stickers. It kept him busy for a while, but not quite as long as some other craft kits we’ve tried.
