How does the Skillmatics Kits subscription work?+
Skillmatics Kits is a stage-based program that delivers research-backed, age-appropriate, and engaging learning activities once in two months. Each box comes with a variety of activities to support a wide range of learning styles and covers 4 main learning domains - Language and Literacy, Mathematics, World Knowledge, and Social-emotional. You can sign up for a regular, pay-as-you-go subscription, or select a prepayment plan and save on each box.
How do I place an order?+
To place an order, simply enter your child’s birth date on our website to get to our recommended kit. Select your preferred payment plan (single kit or pre-pay for 2 or 4 kits and save) and click on ‘Add to cart’. Once you make the payment, your first kit will be shipped to you within 3-5 business days.
What is your return policy?+
We offer stress-free returns within 14 days of delivery for every Learning Kit. You will be refunded the purchase price of the most recent Learning Kit and the Learning Kits that you have not yet received. Further, your remaining subscription will be cancelled. To place a return request, kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with 'Return request' in your subject line. Our team will assist you within 2 working days and arrange a free return shipping.
Can I cancel my subscription any time?+
Absolutely! To cancel your subscription simply contact our Customer Support team via email on email@example.com at least 3 business days prior to the next shipment date and we will stop your subscription.
