How do I track my order?+
We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. This email contains your package tracking number and the parcel carrier handling your shipment. You’ll be able to track your package by clicking on a button in that email. Should you have any additional questions about your order please contact us on email@example.com.
What is your returns policy?+
We offer free 30 day returns as long as the product is in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. For help processing your return, please write to our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I return a defective or damaged product?+
A product can get damaged while in transit or in fewer cases during production. In such cases please write to us at email@example.com. with pictures of the product within 48 hours of delivery and we will send you a free product replacement
How do I cancel an order?+
We do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is submitted it cannot be cancelled or changed.
Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above $25 to the 50 continental US states. Otherwise, we charge a flat $6 shipping fee.
When will I receive my order?+
We process and ship packages within 1 business day of order placement. Most orders shipping within the continental U.S. arrive within 2 to 3 business days.
Are your products safety certified?+
All our products are safety tested and certified for ages 18 months+ and have passed US child safety testing, including ASTM and CPSIA.
