2. ELIGIBILITY 

  • Eligibility Requirement: Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States who: 
  1. Are at least 18 years old (age of majority in their state) at the time of entry;
  2. Have a public Instagram account at the time of entry;
  3. Comply with all Official Rules.
  • Geographic/Residency Restriction: This promotion is void outside the 50 United States and D.C., including Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and all U.S. territories. Entries from ineligible jurisdictions will be disqualified.
  • Excluded Parties: Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or household members of: 
  1. Grasper Global
  2. Office Depot, LLC
  3. Their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates
  4. Advertising and promotion agencies involved in this promotion
  5. Sweepstakes administrators
  6. Prize suppliers and manufacturers 

  

3. HOW TO ENTER 

Entrants must complete ALL of the following steps: 

  • Follow Both Accounts: Follow @skillmatics on Instagram AND @officedepot on Instagram;
  • Tag at least one friend 
  • Share to stories for a bonus entry 

  

4. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION 

  • Random Draw: On August 4, 2026, Sponsors will randomly select 2 winners from all eligible entries.
  • Odds of Winning: Depend on the number of valid entries received.
  • Notification: Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message (DM) within 72 hours of selection.
  • Response Requirement: Winners must respond to the DM notification within 72 hours. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner will be selected.

  • Approximate Retail Value: $192.93 per box ($385 total ARV)
  • No Cash Alternatives: Prizes are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must be accepted as awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize (or portion thereof) with an item of equal or greater value at their sole discretion.
  • Taxes: Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes) arising from prize receipt. Winners agree to sign required tax reporting forms (Form 1099, if applicable for prizes ≥ $600 aggregate).
  • Delivery: Prizes will be mailed to the address provided by the winner, approximately 1-2 weeks after the close of entry.
  • Warranty Disclaimer: Sponsor makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee regarding any prize. Winners agree to look solely to the respective manufacturers (Grasper Global and Office Depot vendors) for any warranty or guarantee.

Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) 

By accepting a prize, winners agree that Sponsor (and their agents) may use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, opinions, city/state of residence, and/or voice for advertising, promotional, and trade purposes (online and offline) without additional compensation. 

  

7. LIABILITY RELEASE 

By entering and/or accepting a prize, entrants agree to release and hold harmless: 

  • Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Reddit, and any other social media platform(s) used
  • Grasper Global and Office Depot, LLC
  • Their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and sweepstakes administrators
  • All officers, directors, employees, and agents of the above 

  

FROM ANY AND ALL: 

  • Personal injury, death, or property damage claims
  • Liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the promotion, receipt of any prize, or use/misuse of any prize
  • Claims for punitive, incidental, or consequential damages 

  

All claims arising from this promotion shall be: 

  • Resolved individually (no class actions)
  • Limited to actual out-of-pocket costs (excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs)

High-Value Prize Note: If any prize or aggregate value reaches $600+, Sponsors will comply with all applicable state registration and bonding requirements. 

  

10. SPONSOR DISCRETION & CANCELLATION RIGHTS 

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to: 

  • Disqualify: Any entries deemed inappropriate, offensive, lewd, or pornographic; or any that violate applicable law or these rules
  • Cancel/Modify: The promotion if fraud, technical failures, computer viruses, tampering, or unauthorized intervention compromise the promotion’s integrity
  • Void Entries: All entries submitted through robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed, or automated entry methods
  • Disqualify Participants: Anyone attempting to tamper with the entry process, manipulate vote counts, or violate these rules 

Sponsor Failure to Enforce: Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules does not waive that provision. 

 

11. ENTRY RIGHTS & CONTENT LICENSE 

By submitting an entry (photo, comment, tag, or other content), participants grant Sponsor a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, exclusive worldwide license to: 

  • Reproduce, modify, and create derivative works
  • Distribute, display, exhibit, transmit, broadcast, digitize, and edit the entry
  • Incorporate the entry into other materials
  • Use the entry for advertising, promotion, and any purpose now or in the future
  • All without further consent or payment to the entrant 

  

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW 

  • Governing Law: These Official Rules and all issues arising from this promotion are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law.
  • Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be heard exclusively in the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit (Palm Beach County), Florida, or (if federal jurisdiction applies) the Southern District of Florida, West Palm Beach Division. Entrants consent to jurisdiction in advance and waive any objection based on lack of personal jurisdiction or venue. 

  

13. FINAL TERMS 

  • Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules
  • Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all promotion matters
  • Winning is contingent on fulfilling all stated requirements
  • Undeliverable or unclaimed prizes will not be awarded
  • Entrants waive any claim to awards other than the stated prize
  • All entries become the sole property of Sponsor
